Can't move waypoint on map

I'm trying to edit the location of a waypoint. I click edit and then drag the waypoint to the new location on the map. When I click save it reverts back to the original location. If I create a new waypoint and move it to where I want it, once I save it reverts back to where it originally populated in the center of the screen. Please help. I am on a PC using windows 10 and chrome browser.
