How to replace previous download maps with a high resolution map

I have used Gaia GPS for years on IOS Iphone as a premium member. Many of my maps are unfortunately low resolution. How do I replace them with a high resolution map? Their FAQ presumes you want to newly download a map. Those instructions are worthless. Thanks

  Hi @roleigh.martin,
  
  To download higher-resolution maps, I would recommend downloading a new map in that area (following these steps) and selecting a higher resolution.
  
  Unfortunately, it is not possible to select a higher resolution on an already downloaded map.
