GPS, arrow, coordinates not working in one spot
AnsweredCan anyone tell me why when using GAIA, which works just about everywhere else I go in Georgia, it sometimes glitches in one spot on a hunting lease of mine. It will be working perfectly, then all of a sudden, right in the middle of the property the directional arrow will tell me I am going East, when I know I am going West, north when going south. And everytime I move a few yards, it flip flops around. Fortunately, I know the property, but I was recently trying to find a trail cam I put up and I was stuck walking in circles for half hour.

Hey @Steven Platek,
It is possible that the one spot has a weak GPS signal.
Deep valleys, canyons, and areas with dense cloud or tree cover can have patches of weak GPS signal.
The next time you are in that spot, can you check your GPS accuracy by following these steps?
Additionally, I recommend cycling your phone on and off a couple of times. This will delete any GPS errors that may have accumulated in your phone's GPS chip.
If you have a strong GPS signal and you are still having trouble, please contact Support here so we can troubleshoot further.
