    Hi @tjm10025,

    Sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with your GPS signal.

    Can you confirm that your iPad is cellular-enabled?  Only iPad's with 3G/4G capability have a GPS chip that is required to locate you while offline.

    If it is, can you please try these steps?

    1) Toggle your Location Services to Always: Gaia GPS isn't locating me. How do I adjust iOS location services?

    • Go to Settings App > Privacy > Location Services
    • Set Gaia GPS access to Never and quit the Settings App
    • Then relaunch Settings and turn it back to Always


    2) Turn your iPad Mini on and off a couple of times. This will delete any GPS errors that may have accumulated in your device's GPS chip.

    3) Make sure your iPad is not in "Low Power Mode."

    • iPad Settings App > Battery > Low Power Mode = OFF
