Can't download premium maps

Hi everyone.

I'm encounting the problem, that I can't download the maps included in my premium subsrciption. Until the last few days or weeks it worked flawlessly on the same device. The map “SwissTopo” can be viewed and used for planning routes, but when i want to download the map along the route, SwissTopo or any other Premium maps don't appear and therefore can't be selected. I also wonder if the Premium logo to every premium map is new. I can't remember to have seen this logo before.

So what I tried is the following:

• Uninstall app, restart phone, install app
• clear cache
• clear map cache
• log off / on
• sync data
• restore purchases
• check my subsctription if active -→ ok
• check map sizes -→ ok
• test on older, different device -→ same issue

I also wrote the support a ticket and they told me to send log files. But when I click on “send logs” there's an error message. So the support didn't answer me on that.

My assumption is, that I have the premium subscription, but the app doesn't know about it when it comes to downloading maps.

Does anyone else have or had this issue? Thanks for your response
