Sync failing

My wifi sync from my iOS device to the cloud has been failing for a few months or more.

It's marked as Incomplete and an icon with arrows going counter-clockwise with a ! mark. I've had issues also getting maps/routes from the web app onto my phone (I literally have to send a link to my route to myself over iMessage).

So normally i'd just log out and back, but there are plenty of warnings I will lose all my data if I do that.

I've contacted support but no response that I can find.

Any suggestions?

Good news is that my photos in the iOS app are syncing with Apple Photos. so I won't lose them, but I'd love to be able to see them on the web app.
