Problem Syncing

I am trying to save my last Track. Gaia on my iphone 13 Gaia says Last Sync Incomplete, Device offline.  When I hit the manual sync icon, I get a “No Internet Connection”. I know the phone is definitely connected to wifi. I tried toggling several different settings but no change. I considered logging out of the app but that has the note, “Logging out with delete any data saved to this device”. Any suggestions?
