How do you keep your Folders and Tracks organized? Looking for a better workflow.
Hi everyone,
I’ve been using Gaia GPS for a couple of years now, and I’ve run into a bit of a "clutter" problem. My library is currently filled with hundreds of tracks, waypoints, and downloaded map areas from various trips, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find what I need quickly.
I’m curious to hear how you all manage your organization.
- Do you organize by year, by geographical region, or by activity type (e.g., Hiking vs. Skiing)?
- Does anyone have a good system for using Folders and Subfolders that doesn't feel too buried when you're out in the field?
- Also, how often do you archive or delete old tracks to keep the app running smoothly?
I’m trying to clean up my data before my next big season starts, so I’d love to see some examples of a clean and efficient workflow.
