GAIA GPS to Garmin Zumo XT
Using Windows 10: Make a new route (snap to road or snap to trail) and save. Export new route as a GPX file to GAIA GPS web site. This route also goes to downloads in File Explorer on my computer. I move to a folder for my GPX files for easier to find location. I then import file to Garmin Basecamp (not supported by Garmin anymore, but still works). I then make a track in Basecamp and save. Next I hook my Garmin Zumo XT Gps to computer and send track to my GPS for use when riding. This makes a specific track to follow specific roads I want to take.
