Gaia Topo: Nonexistent Trailhead

I've been adding trailheads to OpenStreetMap so they will show up on the Gaia Topo layer and I noticed an incorrect trailhead in Stowe, VT called "Stone House / White Cairn Trailhead":

It's not even on a road or a trail, it's just hanging out in the middle of the woods.  I went to try and delete it from OpenStreetMap, but I saw no trailhead feature in that area to delete.

I guess it must be pulled from another source?  A google search for this trailhead name shows that maybe it should be in Maine somewhere?

Anway, just reporting the issue since I can't fix it in OSM.

  Looks like this post isn't showing up on the general forum page and is still "pending approval".  Did it fall through the cracks?
