"Satelite with labels" download issues

Have download issues with this specific map using iOS on my ipad. it will down load to various degrees but will never finish. this happen both with the map alone and as an additional layer coupled with other maps. Any tips?

Sorry for the trouble downloading maps.
Will you try the steps in this article and let me know if that resolves this issue for you?Additionally, please try these things:
- Map downloads require the app to be in the foreground on iOS. For a large download, try leaving the app in the foreground, connected to wifi, and plugged in overnight.
- Turn on auto-resume so that map downloads will automatically resume if app is closed. Tap Settings > Map Download > Toggle on Auto-resume
