Reduced contours

There seems to be a tile missing in the area I'm interested in. Curious as to whether it's due to less information or an error. There seems to be an arbitrary square where the contours drop from 10 m contours to 40 m contours. The area in question is centred around Dorrigo, NSW, Australia
