Auto-resume track recording on startup

It would be great if there was a setting to toggle an "Auto Track Record" when the app is running. I have Gaia running on an in dash Android radio in my Jeep and there can be a lot of starting and stopping depending on the trail. It would be awesome to be able to record the entire day like I was able to do with my old Garmin unit.
