How to turn on and off others recorded tracks?

Sometimes I am able to see other users tracks and import them into my tracks. Other times I can't or don't want to. How do I turn this feature on and off? Thanks, Marshall G.

  It seems like this feature is only available on the PC website and not the android app. Is that the case or can we also do this on Android?

  Currently, the public tracks overlay is only available on gaiagps.com, not in the Gaia GPS app.
