Distance: isn't working

I've been using this app for a year successfully but now the routes are not showing distance or elevation.  I've restarted the website, restarted the browser and rebooted my Mac to no avail.  What's up????

  Same thing here... It looks like if you save the route, the data sometimes show up when you look at the saved route, but when you go back to edit, it disappear again.
  Makes route creation an absolute pain and nearly useless.

  Hi. I know this thread is two years old, but I am now having the same issue. Distances are not showing on new routes I create, and if I pull up a saved route, the distance of the route disappears there as well. Any suggestions?

  I’m having the same issue with my Apple 13 phone. New routes and distance/speed suddenly stopped recording a couple of days ago. Tried turning phone on and off to no avail. Is this a satellite or app issue ?
