Alert when cellular service is available

It would be helpful to get an alert (noise/vibration) when cell service is available when you request to be alerted. Even better would be to set minimum thresholds such as minimum 3G or LTE, signal detected vs signal available for past 5 minutes.  

While cell coverage is available as a layer with a premium subscription (yeah!), it is not always accurate or depicts real-world changing conditions due to weather. When using the app in coverage-poor areas, it can be very helpful and useful to be alerted if a cell signal becomes available. I've experienced many times when just a span of a few dozen feet on a trail can bring you 3-bars of LTE service, in an area otherwise devoid of service. I've usually only have found these spots because I'll get a random news or social media alert. It would be great to have this capability built into gaia.
