Gaia Topo map Canada data failure

Gaia Topo map data for much of western Canada is completely missing - first noticed on iOS but also the case for the web map. For example, go look at Vancouver BC.

Any ideas what is going on? Ian

  Hey all,

  I just wanted to pop in with an update.

  We recently experienced an issue that wasn't allowing Gaia Topo and Gaia Streets to display in some areas of western and northwestern North America.

  This has been fixed and you should see all areas of the world rendering properly when using Gaia Topo (and Gaia Streets).

  If you installed the app between Thursday, Nov 19, and Sunday, Nov 22, you may still run into trouble viewing the map at lower zoom levels on mobile. This can be fixed by deleting and reinstalling the app. Just make sure to Backup, Sync, and Transfer Your Data before you do!

  I have exactly the same problem. I am in the lower mainland and seems all of the local area is not loading at all.

  Still broken - Squamish & Whistler BC areas - Gaia GPS app shows elevation contours but no roads or trails except a few isolated tiles and only at certain display scales. This is all while connected to Internet, not offline. Also cleared cache and reloaded, no change. Perhaps Gaia GPS Support folks could post updates here on help.gaiagps.com instead of 3rd party sites.

  Can confirm it's fixed and working on iOS now. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app (and it was on my device long before Nov 19).
