How to remove a folder from the Parent Folder on Gaia.com

I have no problems removing a folder from the parent folder on IOS, its a simple click from the folder management line and select Remove From Folder.  But when on Gaia.com and click on folder, It shows my folders there and indicates its Parent Folder. How do I remove it from it's parent folder on Gaia.com? I can move it to a different folder, or create a new folder for it, but I see no way to promote it up to a Root Folder? Does anyone have any suggestions?

  Currently, there is not a way to move a child folder out of its parent folder on gaiagps.com. You can change parent folders on the web, but you cannot remove the folder from a parent. I'm sorry about that. 
  
  We're working on a large folder overhaul on the website and this will be addressed when that project is complete. I don't have an exact timeline on when that will be complete though.
  
  In the meantime, I recommend using the "Remove from Folder" feature in the iPhone app. Or create a "Home" folder where you store all your data and using that as a parent folder for everything.
