GAIA GPS integration with WunderLINQ

I ride BMW motorcycles around the world and use GAIA GPS whenever I can (only limited by available Maps).  I use an App/Hardware called WunderLINQ by BlackBoxEmbedded.com to interface my remote handlebar controls with my Navigation Apps allowing me to zoom in/out the Map detail and to select options within the Nav App(s) like setting a Waypoint, etc, all without taking my hands off the handlebars and minimizing my visual distractions.  This is a major safety benefit while riding.

It would be most helpful if you folks with work with the WunderLINQ folks to integrate GAIA GPS with WunderLINQ.  Thanks for your time...

  I'm working on my 2nd Garmin Nav VI replacement in 3 years.  At some point the Garmin will no longer be a supported option on BMW's.  Wunderlinq has opened up their software to developers.  Please work on this integration.  ADV riders need this capability.

  I’m on board with this too. I recently purchased a 2022 GSA and avoided the Garmin product due to all the complaints on both forums and at local get-togethers. Having Gaia integrated with this would be phenomenal

  I recently started using the bmw connected ride ap. I can create a route in Gaia and save it directly to the bmw app. I’ll be buying the bmw connected cradle when it comes out instead of wunderlinq. Feel like it’ll have more ongoing support.

  Good to know. But have you seen the price of the cradle? $400. And hearsay indicates it has stalled a bit getting stateside because of harmonic issues causing iPhone failures… BUT I think it’s speculation.

  WunderLinq appears to be serious and very responsive with inquiries. Fingers crossed for more options.

  I wouldn’t worry about iPhone failures. I think it’s rumors. I rode the TAT with my phone mounted to the handle bars of my WR250R and had no issues. I’d rank it with having to change your oil every 3k.
