Saved hikes in the app not showing on map
-
Hi Bill,
Sorry for the trouble.
Can you verify that the tracks overlay is set to display?
Please see the "Show or hide all Saved data" section in this article:

Yes, it's set to display and individual tracks are selected so as to show on the map. They show in the preview but when I select show on map they're not visible.

An update on this issue. Saved routes show on the map. Saved tracks don't although after completing a hike I'm able to view the new track until I select any other function, then I'm unable to view the track on the map ahain.

Hi Mark,
Can you make sure the relevant overlays are toggled on and any folder containing the hike is set to visible?
Here are the steps:

I'm curious also as to how this was resolved; I'm having the same or similar problem. I have a feeling it might have something to do with Folders. I've never needed to make folders nor do I know how to use them; yet somehow several years ago I downloaded a route called the Five Lakes Hike near Zermatt for use when I visited there. Mysteriously ever since them almost all my new tracks have a Folder Name of 5 lakes . I was trying to explore why this might be and maybe toggled something off or on while looking at various buttons/options. Now NONE of my old tracks (even before the Switzerland trip and downloading that hike) appear on the main map that I see when out and navigating - it's like I've never been there before (all just blank topo map) despite 12 years of recording tracks around my area. How do I restore my Saved Tracks to be visible on the Main Map? (oh, and if I go through the Saved tracks and click to Show on main map, nothing happens - don't open or display at all….)
