Is it possible to show burn restrictions in gaia?

I love Gaia but there are a few things I'd like to be able to put in a custom overlay that aren't already available. Is there a way to make a custom overlay and import it to Gaia? More specifically, Is it possible to get an overlay that shows fire danger/burn bans?

  You can import some of the maps you find on the internet yourself. This article gives instructions for the different ways to import custom map sources:
