Crowdsource Trail Problems like Waze does for Road Problems

Add a waypoint called "Report Trail Issue" where a hiker can record a place and add a photo and description to mark where a trail issue exists such as tree on trail, bridge gone, bridge damaged, washout, etc. Do this like the Waze app does but persist them until at least 3 or more people confirm the issue is gone rather than letting them time out in a few hours. This will help with trip planning expectations and more importantly can be used by trail maintenance volunteers to plan their work.
