Download Maps button not Selectable

When I go to download a map, the button is unselected. I literally can't click it. Any ideas?

  It sounds like you are not logged in to the app.

  Can you check you are logged in with your email?

  • Open Gaia GPS > Settings > your email will be listed under "Account".
  • If not, tap Account > Log In > Have an account? Sign in.

  If needed, you can reset the password to your Gaia GPS account by following this link: https://www.gaiagps.com/user/password/reset/.
