    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the app freezing. 

    Can you please reach out to us using the help button in the bottom right of the screen so I can take a closer look?

    The app is freezing continuously. It took 20min just to provide feedback inside the app. Cannot scroll, zoom, choose map vs settings etc without waiting half a minute or more. This is the latest version of the app. All maps downloaded. iPhone 13mini. The app was great for the last year on my 6s and 11Pro but since December has been unuseable on my 13.

    This has been a frequent problem with my iPhone 13 pro max , currently with iOS 15.2

    My iPhone has 1TB storage, I’m paid up premium and do layers in my maps.  Gaia cannot seem to remember which maps are stored and thus gets lost when used offline

    Hi there,

    Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the app.

    One possible cause could be other memory intensive apps running in the background.

    Can you force close all applications, including Gaia GPS, with these steps?
