We need a night mode similar to iOS for Android. This is taking too long

  Hello all,

  Just popping in to share that Dark Mode is now supported in the latest release of the Android app.

  To access Dark Mode, update the app to version 2020.12.

  Here's how:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Search for Gaia GPS
  3. Tap the "Update" button

  You can enable Dark Mode in the app by following these steps:

  1. Open Gaia GPS
  2. Tap Settings > Appearance
  3. Toggle "Dark Mode Map" and "Dark Mode" to the desired setting.

  I agree. Now that we have the map legend available in the Oct update the night mode to reduce bright glare while navigating at night is the next big thing that's need on Android. We appreciate the apps and all the hard work that has made Gaia what it is today, but the speed at which these basic features are being added is disappointing. It give the user community the impression that you aren't listening to them.

  They finally added night mode in the latest release! Thank you GAIA!!! We appreciate your work in getting these much needed features added to the product to make it that much better! Hands down one of the best gps products out there!

  My Samsung tablet went to dark mode without me doing anything, and I can't get it to come out of that mode even when setting dark mode to never. How do I get it out of dark mode if the options don't seem to work?
