Respect subfolders when importing KML files

Gaia GPS supports folders and sub-folders. KML files also support folders and subfolders. However, when a KML file is imported the folder structure is ignored and the items are placed in a long list.

It would be great if Gaia could recreate the folder structure from the KML file.

This is essential for some large KML files. For example I'm trying to import the routes for the Greater Patagonia Trail, which contains many routes in a single KML file, meticulously organised in a folder structure.

  No joke, you are being kind. Not respecting sub folders is critical regardless if data size. Come one Gaia, get with the program!
