I had the same problem I just fixed it. Click on layers and then on map overlay, make sure all the tabs are clicked on. It worked me.

Thanks Levi. I found this tab and thankfully was able to turn on both tracks and routes.

Unfortunately, these tabs were "on" when I started changing route/track colors and they started disappearing.

Sadly, I have had to delete the entire folder and re-import the caltop gpx files to get them back.  And again, they are all the same color...red.

Thanks for posting about this.  I was able to replicate this issue.  It looks like changing the route color from the details page causes the routes overlay to be toggled off.

I have created a bug report and will continue to track this. I'll reach out to you if I have any questions to help diagnose the issue.

You can turn the routes overlay back on with these steps:

iOS: Show or Hide Tracks, Routes, and other Data on the Map
website: Show or Hide Tracks, Routes, and other Data on the Map

If I can help you with anything else in the meantime, please let me know.

thank you @Jim Margolis.  this morning (30 Jan 2020), I tested by changing a route color, it disappeared, all layers were turned on, however, repeatedly turning off then on the route AND track layer, my invisible route popped up.

Returning after lunch,1430hrs 30 Jan 2020, the route is not visible on the main map, and no amount of turning on/off the layers seems to work.

The route, as earlier laid out, is still in the folder and visible in the 'preview' and on hitting 'full screen', but is gone after clicking on exit highlight.

    But again, thanks

ps - fyi sync with my iphone was good, route is still there and with the color update

I understand the frustration of color not showing on the map and hence, you cant follow any route created.

Here is my cork around ; hope it helps ...

at phone's GAIA, if you turn off Visibility for all routes, workouts at their Folder level, the color won't appear on the map even when you turn it ON at the individual routes/workouts. To work around this, i turn ON all the routes [or workouts if it concerns you] at the folder level, then turn OFF whichever routes or workouts that you do not want visible. this way, the color shows like a charm. there is a bug here for Gaia to resolve.

at online GAIA, the above issue doesnt happen. you can turn on/off or change color and it will show accordingly.
