How do I download all data?
Hi,
I would like to download an archive of all of my data, preferably in a ZIP file. How can I do so? Is there a way for me to have a backup emailed monthly?
Thanks,
John Pooley

I would also like to download all of my data since the app is not functioning properly since the recent update and I'm thinking I may need to delete and reload it.

@fivefri
Please email us at support@gaiagps.com and we can help you troubleshoot this issue.
You can download all your data by adding it all to a folder and exporting the folder. This is most easily done on www.gaiagps.com.
Here are the steps:
1. Sync all of your data to the website by opening the app and tapping Settings > Account > Last Sync.
2. Log in to gaiagps.com and add all of your data to a folder: Managing Folders on gaiagps.com
3. Export the folder as a GPX: Export data from gaiagps.com
If you need to do this in the app, here are the instructions:
1. Add data to a folder: Managing Folders on Android
2. Export folder: Export Tracks and Waypoints to GPX or KML via Email, Dropbox, etc. in Android0 -
@Jim I appreciate your response and am glad to hear that this is now possible. Could you please file a feature request to have this functionality available without having to put everything in a folder every time we want to make a backup? A button in the Settings area would be sufficient. Thanks!

A full backup of all data to Dropbox or other cloud service should be available by default in this day and age without having to monkey around. Any time soon?

I gave up on Gaia and switched to OnX. Outside ruined Gaia

Export as GPX?!? I want to export all of this stuff individually to have a backup, not get a giant GPX blob of many years of routes.
Please have the back end package the folder up as a zip, with the folder structure of the folder selected for backup, then download the zip, so we can use it in the file system.

PS: Here's the exported GPX of years worth of tracked data (TLDR: It's an XML error blob.)

Here's another failure on a smaller folder. (This is the entire content of the exported file.)
