You're e-mail templates aren't helping me at all, I need to call someone

I keep getting it pre typed emails that you send to everybody that aren't helping me solve my problem. I would like to talk to somebody on the phone and can't find how to do that period I don't understand why it's so hard to get somebody on the phone

  Sorry for the trouble. Will you verify you're emailing us at support@gaiagps.com? I'm not able to locate any support requests from misscatiejo1@hotmail.com. 
  
  Also, phone support is available with a Premium Membership.
  
  You can call us any time through the app by going to Settings > Help > Call Gaia GPS. 
  
  I'm also happy to help you here in the forum if you could give me a bit more information about what you're experiencing.
