Lake bottom topo layer: do they exist? If not, can premium members get them?
I'd like to see some lake bottom topos for all major lakes and reservoirs for boating, fishing, historical research. Something like Garmin's LakeVu Ultra? Maybe? I haven't used it so i'm not exactly sure what it entails. If possible, if the lake bottom topo layer was ONLY within shore line boundaries so that I could overlay it on Satellite image or a surface topo with 0% opacity it'd be pretty neat and handy.

Thanks for reaching out about this. Currently, there are no lake bottom topo maps available in Gaia GPS, though I can definitely see how that would be a useful feature. This post can serve as the official feature request for this layer.
You can view the entire map catalog here: gaiagps.com/maps1 -
This would be nice to have. Even if an extra cost option to view and download Navionics maps.

I would also like this layer. Currently I'm using a combination of 3 apps (gaia, fishbrain, navionics) and a bunch of pdfs from the Michigan DNR (https://www.michigan.gov/dnr/0,4570,7-350-79119_79146_81198_85509---,00.html) for finding fishing locations, if this was available in gaia it would pretty much negate the need for any other app. None of the other apps let me save these maps offline either, and digging through pdfs is a pain.

Just wanted to add my name to this feature request. The Navionics maps are amazing and have all this data available. Is a partnership possible?

I would also like to see navionics added as an overlay
