Is there a way we as user can add to the map?

I'm doing some Class 5 & 6 road exploring in my area. I've found some spots that additional info would be helpful to other. Example: The closed gate I stumbled upon that forced a turn around.

  You can actually contribute to OSM in order to add trails and features to the map by following these steps

  • Contribute to OpenStreetMap

  
  If you decide to contribute any updates to OpenStreetMap, you'll see the changes in Gaia GPS in two to three weeks.
