    Would you mind sending me your device logs so I can take a closer look at this issue for you?

    Please open Gaia GPS > Settings > Other > Send Logs and give a brief description of your issue in the message so we can troubleshoot.

    I would like to but unfortunately the app doesn’t stay on long enough to send it

    I am having the same issue, uninstalled,worked until all my offline maps re synced and now it is doing the same thing again.  Launches, goes to white screen and disappears back to main iPad screen.

    I am also having this same issue on my iPad. The app was fine until the last upgrade 6 days ago was installed.

    it still works just fine on my Android phone though.

    Update to iOS 12 rectified the issue. Good outcome but this has taken up all my spare memory.

    Hi everyone, I am sorry for the trouble. We recently found an issue with the app running on iOS 10 & 11 on iPads. We are currently working on a fix that should be available in the next app update.
