Maps refusing to download

iOS user. Maps are refusing to download. They just sit at 1%. Open and closed the app countless times. Resumed and stopped countless times. Let it sit for days. Nothing.

  Can you send an email to support@gaiagps.com with the name of the map source you are trying to download and we can take a closer look at your account?
