Option to export notes with GPX file

When exporting a file, it would be useful to have the option to also export notes associated with that file. If you go through the trouble of adding notes to the file, it would stand to reason that you would want to keep that documentation along with the export. 

The notes could be exported in the form of a regular text file and/or plain text included in the email, if email is chosen for the export method.

  When you export a GPX file, notes will always be exported with the file itself. 
  
  Programs that support displaying notes/descriptions for the items you export, will be able to display this info. 
  
  In Gaia GPS they will be displayed in the Notes section of the details page for your waypoint, track, or route:

  In addition to exporting notes the import feature should also maintain notes in the gpx file
