Hiking mode route not working in airplane mode

Hi,

This works fine when I am connected to the internet, but not when I am not connected even though I have downloaded the map.  Only straight line works no matter what is picked in the Android app.  There is a warning when I try to change from hiking to another mode that only straight line is available offline.  Adding this feature would make it easy to get the distance along the trail to the next junction for example.  If it cannot be added, then you should not have the map show hiking mode when off line.
