Sorry! Your computer cannot display this map.
I noticed you've launched the new redesign; but yesterday in Chrome I was using the website perfectly.
Today, in Chrome I'm getting the annoying message of "Sorry! Your computer cannot display this map."
But when I open Firefox or Safari, I can view the maps fine.
What could possibly have changed with the Maps?

We updated the maps on the website to be better and faster. One caveat is that maps can have trouble displaying on older computers but it is possible that updating your browser or switching to a new browser can help when you see this message.
You can still view the maps in the app without any issue.

I work in tech. This is a brand new 2019 MacBook Pro with the latest version of Chrome. Today they are displaying fine. Seems odd. Must have been a fluke.

I still have this problem. Running Safari (Version 12.1.1 (Build 14607.2.6.1.1) on an iMac 5K.

Hello,
I have a MS Surface that has the same issue. This happens on my work computer, but not on my home computer. At home I use Firefox. But at work I have to use Chrome. This is a computer that is regularly updated.

@california_gator
I'm sorry you are running into issues on your work computer.
It's possible this is actually an issue with your work machine or network. Sometimes there are firewalls or securities on work systems that do not allow the website to function properly.
Can you please send a screenshot of the error on your work computer to support@gaiagps.com so we can take a closer look?-2 -
I am having this same issue. How was this resolved? Running completely updated Chrome and IE; both not working.

@AlanBradin
I'm sorry for the trouble. If you have already updated your browser, it's likely this is a hardware issue.
Please email support@gaiagps.com and we will be happy to take a closer look at this.-2
