    Hey Mike,
Your information uploaded to the website will be automatically added/synced to the app when you log in.

    • Open the app on your phone> Settings> Account> Log in> Have an account? Sign in.

Once your information on the website finishes syncing to the app you will see the date/time listed next to 'Last Sync' on the Account page.

I see last sync showing 5 mins ago but my tracks/folders that I uploaded an hour ago via gaiagps.com definitely aren't showing up for me oniOS

    Hi kodybr,

Can you check you are logged into your account in the app?

    • Open Gaia GPS > Settings > your email will be listed under "Account".
    • If not, tap the Account >Log In> Have an account? Sign in.

If you're still having trouble, please click 'Submit Request' above to contact support directly and we can troubleshoot further.
