Track up, north up

Looks like a few posts about this. I've seen one post somewhere where someone at least could select track up but it wouldn't stay there after zooming. But I can't even find this option on my iPhone. Anyone?

Would sure be nice and even seems like it should be a basic function to choose these options

Gaia? What say you?
