Membership on android app but not on GAIA GPS site.

    Hi there, 

    I'm sorry you are having trouble accessing your membership.

    Can you check that you are logged into your account with the correct email in the app and try restoring your purchase?

    • Open Gaia GPS > Settings > your email will be listed under "Account & Subscription".
    • If not, tap Account & Subscription >Log In> Have an account? Sign in.
    • Then, tap the "Restore Purchases" button and follow the prompts if they're given.


    After you have restored your purchase, your membership will be tied to your account so you can access it online.
