Locking Satellite Imagery

When zoomed all the way in, the satellite imagery switches to a non-foliage version, which is awesome, but the imagery switches back to a different version that has leaves on the trees. Is there a way to lock or select just the non-foliage satellite imagery?

It isn't possible to select the imagery to display at different zoom levels, sorry about that. There are a few satellite maps available and you may find the imagery you need with an alternate map source:
