Disappointed to see Gaia promoting Forest Fenn

People are certainly free to roam far and wide while searching for Fenn’s treasure, they are even free to endanger themselves by being improperly prepared for their quest (some have lost their lives, some have needed to be rescued).  People are not free however to enter public lands and start digging or otherwise disturbing the environment. Furthermore if it’s ”pretty well accepted that the treasure is somewhere on public land”, then that treasure would almost certainly belong to the agency that manages that land for all of us. 

The true treasure out there is the treasure of our public lands themselves.
