Waypoint Clustering

I have waypoints for amateur radio repeaters, many of which share the same locations and coordinates. The waypoints stack on top of each other and thus only one waypoint is visible and selectable at a time. Although there is waypoint clustering in GAIAGPS now, it does not address this situation of stacked waypoints. A google earth style waypoint expansion would be incredibly helpful.
