Won't let me (re) upgrade to premium!

Had a CC issue a couple months ago and so my subscription was CANCELLED by Gaia.  Got everything up and running and now I cannot get back to premium status.  It just says "Error - We are unable to change your subscription plan"

 

All my payment info is up to date.  I re-installed the app.  Can't upgrade from laptop which is lame.

  Hi Travis,
  It looks like your CC was denied - I sent you an email with some troubleshooting steps to fix this.
