Routes not appearing when editing

I can create a route on my laptop but when I go back and try to edit the route, it will only show the first few points, not the whole route.  Just spent an hour laying out a river route, saved it, and went back and it will display only the first 1/2 mile or so.   Does this repeatedly.  What am I missing?

  I'm sorry you are having trouble creating a route on the website.
