Where is my post?
Now I'm really starting to get irritated about Gaia support.
I posted a few days ago on this board after I discovered that Gaia was not offering any direct support for older (pre-subcription) accounts. I tried sending an email to their' previously accessible support email address but received nothing back. As much as I dislike apps that throw support onto the user community itself, I described my problem and asked for help.
Did Gaia not like being criticized for their lack of support? Today I came back to see if anyone had responded to my request for help here in general discussion........... and my original post was gone.
What is going on here? I didn't use bad language (although I was certainly thinking it) and I believe I made a polite request for community feedback. Why was my post apparently deleted and by who?

@hawleyj
I'm sorry for the trouble, it looks like my coworker Erik responded to your email with steps on how to get back into your account. Can you double check your spam folder to see if it was sent there?
When Gaia GPS upgraded, your account was automatically grandfathered into a lifetime Legacy Membership which gives you access to all the same maps and features you had previously.
You can access your membership by logging into your account on the web or in the app:- Open the app> Settings> Account & Subscription> Account> Log In
