Premium cancellation

    I haven't been able to print my maps with a Premium Membership that I just purchased or sync devices.  I am beginning to wonder if this is really worth the $35.00...How do I cancel membership?

    I'm sorry for there is an issue with backing up and syncing your account. It looks like Ashli and Erik have followed up with you about this issue.

    I looked into the issue related to giving feedback after canceling your subscription and it looks like the 'Done' button is further down on the survey and may require scrolling down a ways depending on the platform you are using. Sorry about that!

    I'm sorry you were having trouble printing and syncing. It looks like Erik followed up with you on this issue and it was due to the older version of Internet Explorer you were using.
