    Currently, you can edit track colors in the app by following these steps for iOS or Android.

    @Robyn,

    sure, but are there any plans to add this to the web functionality? Seems simple to add and the web interface is much nicer to work with.

    If my understanding is correct. GPX doesn't support colors but KML does. It would be really nice if GAIA would expand their support for KML so that waypoint, track, polygon, and route colors could be maintained.

    GPX by default doesn't contain XML elements to define track/point colors.  However, the Garmin GPX extension schema does include this (https://www8.garmin.com/xmlschemas/GpxExtensionsv3.xsd), and I would *love* it if Gaia added this.  I've painstakingly color coded hundreds of track in Gaia, but if this were supported, I could write a simple script to easily post-process tracks from trailsoffroad.com (for example), and use that to set the track color based on trail rating prior to import to GaiaGPS.

    I can definitely see the benefit of adding the ability to change a track color on gaiagps.com. This post can serve as the official feature request for this functionality.

    @Jeremy Bauman
    Can I ask you to vote on the feature request to maintain waypoint icons for imported files here:
    https://help.gaiagps.com/hc/en-us/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&query=waypoint+icon+import

    @barclay & @Jeremy Bauman
    There currently isn't an official feature request to maintain color attributes for kml or gpx imports. Please feel free to add one to the forum.
