Portions of route disappearing when I edit

I'm having the same issue as this post here:

The file seems up-to-date up until I click the edit button and try to do any work; it just reverts to a previous version.

  I'm sorry you are having an issue editing your saved routes.
  
  Can you click “Submit a Request” above and include a copy of your route so we can take a closer look?
