Import GPX and GDB files

On my Windows 10 64 PC I have several GPX and GCB files I would like to import.  I am very new to this program can you point me in the correct direction?

  Thanks for posting.

  You can upload GPX, KML, or FIT files that contain routes, tracks, or waypoints to directly to your Gaia GPS account on your PC by logging into gaiagps.com and then following these steps: Upload GPX, KML, or FIT Files.
