Proper support for iOS split screen feature

I've posted following screenshot on support and was asked to also post it here to gather some attention.

Gaia GPS currently supports split screen feature of newer iOS versions in very limited mode (read: interface doesn't scale and cannot adjust itself to the width changes).

It would be awesome to get that working properly :)

  I just tested with my favorite weather radar app and it won't do any kind of split screen at all sadly. Not even float. However, a different secondary app did allow for split screen. In theory I believe Gaia supports this but it is dependent on the other app you are trying to use. In my example My Radar Pro would not work but NOAA Radar Pro would.

  Thanks for posting about this. The app should scale better when split-screen mode is active ... we've got an open bug report for this!
